Ruth Quinlan

Ruth Quinlan works as the Service Delivery Manager with TWi. She has seventeen years of experience in information technology, working initially as a technical writer and documentation project lead before moving into development management. Ruth’s qualifications include a first-class MA in Writing from NUI Galway, a Postgraduate Diploma in Technical Communication, as well as a BA in Law and European Studies from University of Limerick.
