Dr Paidi O’Reilly is a plain talking innovation workshop facilitator, trainer and speaker. He is a Research Fellow at the SFI funded Infant Centre in University College Cork (UCC). He is on the global lecturing panel at the Irish Management Institute and is an adjunct innovation lecturer at UCC. The focus of this presentation is on some hard lessons gathered from our involvement in hundreds of innovation projects, especially in an age of digital chaos. We will highlight differences between ‘legacy thinking’ and ‘innovative thinking’.
