Whether it’s the US Government seeking to force Apple to unlock an iPhone, Europe’s most senior court striking down the law that thousands of companies used to transfer personal data to the US, or the EU adopting strict new standards around cyber security and data protection, it seems that technology companies are being forced to come to terms with an ever changing set of rules. In this talk, one of Ireland’s leading experts in internet and privacy law explains what’s been happening recently, and what changes companies should expect over the coming years.
