Synopsis: Given the breadth of the UK’s digital skills gap, the increasingly tenacious war for technical talent, and the dearth of women entering the tech sector; we’re seeing the words ‘Diversity & Inclusion’ and ‘Women in Tech’ being thrown around more frequently. But is this topic purely a feminist agenda – or does diversity and inclusion have an impact on shareholder value? Nicole shares her insights into the science behind gender differences and the importance of creating a culture that is conducive to being inclusive.
