Failure is hot right now….anyone who is anyone in Silicon Valley claims to have failed more times than they can remember, making them the great success that they are now. Equally, “failure” is seen as a key element of innovation and almost a pre-requisite for innovation to happen.
Yet failure is often misunderstood.
What often passes for failure is really just good old fashioned trial and error. And is that really failure?

In this session we will look the true nature of failure and examine how leaders can become more resilient and create a more resilient culture in their organisations. Key areas to be covered include resilience, stress and developing growth mindsets both in individuals and organisations.
