Keith Fingleton

Keith Fingleton is the Chief Technology Advisor within the Financial Services Division in the IDA, with cross company responsibility for FinTech.
In this role Keith builds and maintains relationships with senior corporate technology executives, helping them maximise their return on financial technology investment in Ireland.
Keith works closely with the global IDA team in identifying and winning Fintech investments, undertaking the research and analysis to identify new investment opportunities both at sectoral and company level and to develop and deliver value propositions aimed at converting these opportunities.
Keith has responsibility for the IDA’s relationship with key Fintech stakeholders in Ireland that are important to Ireland’s success in this area.
Prior to joining the IDA, Keith had more than 18 years’ industry experience holding such roles as Client Services Director, Practice Director, Head of Development, and CTO.
Keith holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from Dublin City University specializing in International Finance, and a Masters of Business Studies from University College Dublin specializing in Management Information Systems, as well as a number of industry certifications including PRINCE2, ITIL, and Scrum Master.
