Emily O’Mahoney

Emily is a consultant on our Commercial Team. Emily has multi-jurisdictional expertise on data protection, privacy, intellectual property and media law. She regularly advises domestic and international businesses in the information technology sector on technology agreements, IP licensing and commercial contracts. Emily has in-depth knowledge of international data protection law and data transfer strategies.

Emily is also involved in the firm’s foreign direct investment (FDI) practice and advises global companies looking to do business in or through Ireland. Prior to joining Mason Hayes & Curran, she worked at leading international law firms in the U.S., U.K. and Asia and was involved in cutting edge litigation challenging government internet surveillance. Emily is qualified as an attorney-at-law in the U.S.
