Charley’s career to date spans over 25 years of working in professional services in the UK and Ireland across every key industry sector. The majority of her time has been spent providing marketing, sales, digital and people related services, so in Alternatives, all these skills combine to spearhead their specialist talent and organisational design consultancy. Alternatives has pioneered flexible talent solutions since our inception in 2000, working with clients on interim, contracting, permanent and executive search assignments.
