Brendan is a practicing barrister, with expertise in intellectual property and technology law. He lectures on the subject at the Law Society and Griffith College. He holds a Master of Intellectual Property Laws from King’s College London and published an article “App stores: digital no man’s land or innovation’s bane” in the Journal of IP Law and Practice in August 2016.
